When you use the Subscription Service, Doctorna.com processes Personal Data as a processor under the direction of our customers. Our customers, as data controllers, are responsible for complying with any regulations or laws that require providing notice, disclosure, and/or obtaining consent prior to collecting their customers’ Personal Data using the Subscription Service.

Information you provide to Doctorna.com

When you interact with us via our websites or any sites or services that link to this Privacy Policy or use the Register and Subscription Service, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you, as further described below.

When You Visit Our Websites

We collect Personal Data from you when you submit web forms or interact with our websites, for example by subscribing to one of our services or requesting customer support, you voluntarily give us certain information. We may ask for your email address, first and last name, job title, phone number and other similar business information. You are free to explore some of our websites without providing any Personal Data about yourself.

Payment Information

We collect payment and billing information when you register for paid products or services. For example, we may ask you to provide a billing address, or a billing contact for your Doctorna.com account. When you Start a Free Trial Session

When you start a free trial on our service, you may be offered the possibility to consent to the recording of the beginning for your free trial session in order to help us improve the user experience of our products.

If you consent, the information that is collected includes what is visible on the screen during the first 2 hours of your free trial, as well as your interactions with our apps (where you click, which menu you open, etc.). This data is consolidated in the form of a video that our User Experience experts can watch for a limited time.

This will likely include some personal data such as names, emails, phone numbers, pictures, depending on what real-world information you input into your database during the recording period. Password fields and other sensitive fields are automatically excluded from the recording, but we cannot entirely exclude the possibility that some sensitive information may be recorded, depending on where you type it.

If you do not consent or if we do not offer you the option to opt-in, your trial session will not be recorded, and no data will be collected for this purpose.

Account Signup

When you sign up for an account to access one or more of our services, we ask for information like your name, contact number, email address, company name and country to complete the account signup process. You’ll also be required to choose a unique username and a password for accessing the created account.

We may record, analyze and use your interactions with us, including email, phone call, and chat conversations with our sales and customer support professionals, for improving our interactions with you and other customers.

Usage Data

We collect usage data when you or your users in your Doctorna.com account interact with the Subscription Service. Usage data includes metrics and information regarding your use and interaction with the Subscription Service such as what product features you use the most and how often certain features (like workflows) are triggered in your account.

You may connect third party integrations to your account, which may ask for certain permissions to access data or send information to your account. If you are a Doctorna.com Customer and opt to utilize the WhatsApp integration with your Doctorna.com Subscription Services, you will be requested to provide us with access to information from your WhatsApp account and have the choice to link your accounts.

By leveraging the WhatsApp integration with the Subscription Service, you authorize the Doctorna.com Subscription Service to access information linked with your WhatsApp account. The Subscription Service will analyze the content of your WhatsApp to identify data you have chosen to monitor in order to furnish you with features in the Subscription Services. The Subscription Service will retain information from your WhatsApp account. You acknowledge that the data from your WhatsApp Account you monitor in the Subscription Services might be visible to other Users within your Doctorna.com Account.

Your usage of Doctorna.com’s WhatsApp integration is governed by the WhatsApp Terms of Service available at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/.

Facebook Integration

If you are a Doctorna.com Customer and decide to utilize the Facebook integration with your Doctorna.com Subscription Services, you will be prompted to grant us access to information from your Facebook account and have the option to link your accounts.

By using the Facebook integration with the Subscription Service, you provide consent to the Doctorna.com Subscription Service to access information associated with your Facebook account. The Subscription Service will review the content of your Facebook account to identify data you have opted to monitor in order to offer you features in the Subscription Services. The Subscription Service will retain information retrieved from your Facebook account. You acknowledge that the information from your Facebook Account you monitor in the Subscription Services may be visible to other Users within your Doctorna.com Account.

Your utilization of Doctorna.com Facebook integration is subject to the Facebook Terms of Service available at https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms and the Facebook Data Policy available at https://www.facebook.com/policy.php.

Instagram Integration

If you are a Doctorna.com Customer and opt to utilize the Instagram integration with your Doctorna.com Subscription Services, you will be asked to grant us access to information from your Instagram account and have the option to link your accounts.

By leveraging the Instagram integration with the Subscription Service, you authorize the Doctorna.com Subscription Service to access information associated with your Instagram account. The Subscription Service will review the content of your Instagram account to identify data you have chosen to monitor in order to provide you with features in the Subscription Services. The Subscription Service will retain information obtained from your Instagram account. You understand that the data from your Instagram Account you monitor in the Subscription Services may be visible to other Users within your Doctorna.com Account.

Your use of Doctorna.com Instagram integration is subject to the Instagram Terms of Use available at https://help.instagram.com/478745558852511 and the Instagram Data Policy available at https://www.instagram.com/legal/privacy/.

Stripe

If you are a Doctorna.com Customer and opt to use Stripe on Payment processing on Doctorna.com’s product or services, you will be asked to give information about your name, email address, phone number, credit card information or additional information which will be needed to process the payment.

We never record or store credit card information from our customers, and always rely on trusted third-party for credit card processing, including for recurring payment processing.

How We Use Personal Data

To communicate with Customers about the Product and Services

We use the account information you provide to Doctorna.com when signing up for the Subscription Service to send you transactional emails or in-app notification about billing, account management, and other administrative matters. We may also send you updates regarding our Customer Terms of Service or other legal agreements, and may also communicate with you about security incidents via email or in-app notification.

We use your information to provide customer support, such as resolving technical issues you encounter, answer your request and analyze product outages or bugs. We may also use this information for marketing and communication purposes

To provide the Subscription Service

We use your account information and Customer Data to provide the product and services to you. For example, we use the email address you provide when signing up for the product to create your user account, and we use your payment information to process payments for paid use of the Subscription Service. We also use this information to authenticate you when you log in and to provide customer support.

To Improve and Develop our Product and Services

We collect usage data about how you or your users interact with our product and services. Our customers are solely responsible for their own marketing emails and other communications; we cannot unsubscribe you from their communications. Individuals who interact with a Doctorna.com customer can unsubscribe from our customers’ marketing communications by contacting them directly.

The websites, products and services are not intended for or targeted at children under 18, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect Personal Data about children under 18.
